Website Terms of Use (“Terms”)
Effective date: 30 January 2026
1. About us
This website is operated by Logical Branding Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16223623.
Our Address: HIC002, Arise Innovation Hub, Harlow Innovation Park, Maypole Boulevard, Harlow CM17 9TX
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using our website (the “Website”) or customer portal (the “Portal”), you agree to these Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Website/Portal.
3. Business use and occasional consumers
The Website and Portal are primarily intended for business users. If you use the Website/Portal on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
We may occasionally work with individuals. If you are a consumer, these Terms still apply to your use of the Website/Portal, but consumer statutory rights relating to any purchase are not affected (those sit in our supply terms at quote/order stage).
4. Other terms that may apply
Your use of the Website/Portal is also subject to any policies we publish (including Privacy & Cookies).
If you request a quote, place an order, or receive goods/services from us, that supply is governed by our Standard Terms of Business (and, where applicable, the Consumer Schedule in those terms), not these Website Terms.
5. Enquiries and quotes (no online checkout)
Website content is for general information only and does not constitute an offer to sell. Any quote we provide is not binding until we confirm acceptance in writing.
6. Customer portal
6.1 Portal access and single-user accounts
The Portal may allow you to view quotes and invoices, upload files, and manage project information.
Portal access is provided per client/business and is restricted to the authorised account holder we set up. Portal users cannot invite additional users or create sub-accounts unless we expressly enable this in writing.
You must keep credentials confidential and not share them outside your organisation’s authorised personnel. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your credentials.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate Portal access if we reasonably believe there has been unauthorised access, misuse, a security incident, or a breach of these Terms.
6.2 Availability
We do not guarantee that the Portal will be available at all times. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates or security.
6.3 Uploads and your responsibility
If you upload files/materials via the Portal, you confirm you have the right to upload them and that doing so does not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
You must not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive or malicious content (including malware).
We may set reasonable technical limits (file types, size, storage limits).
6.4 File retention and deletion
We reserve the right to delete files and materials stored in the Portal (including uploads and project files) after six (6) months of non-trading with you.
“Non-trading” means no live projects, orders or chargeable work in progress with us during that period. You are responsible for downloading and retaining any files you may need before deletion.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Website/Portal. You must not:
- breach any applicable law/regulation;
- attempt unauthorised access to systems or data;
- introduce malware or attempt to disrupt service;
- scrape/crawl/harvest data in a way that is unlawful, excessive, or materially impacts performance; or
- infringe intellectual property rights.
We may restrict access where we reasonably believe there has been misuse or breach.
8. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Website/Portal and its content are owned by us or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for internal business use only (and for consumers, personal use). You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written consent.
9. Submissions (enquiry forms and Portal files)
If you submit information/materials (including artwork, logos, specifications), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and adapt them only as necessary to evaluate enquiries, prepare quotes, produce proofs/mock-ups, deliver requested services, and administer your Portal/projects.
We do not guarantee ongoing storage of submissions and may delete them in accordance with clause 6.4.
10. No reliance
Website content is provided for general information only. We do not guarantee it is accurate, complete or up to date. You should not rely on it as advice.
11. Third-party links
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content.
12. Security and viruses
We do not guarantee the Website/Portal is secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for appropriate security and virus protection.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties/conditions that may apply to the Website/Portal and its content.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for loss arising from use/inability to use the Website/Portal, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or indirect/consequential loss.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
